How do I sign up for the club?
It's super easy! When you come to the wash, speak to an attendant, and they will give you a quick sheet of paperwork to fill out and put a sticker on your car that automatically scans you in when you come to the wash!
What happens if I get a new license
plate or car?
With both of these issues, please talk to someone on site and we can get this easily sorted out for you!
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed on the date of your signup every month. For example, if you signed up on October 8th, you will be auto-billed on the 8th of every month.
Can I have multiple cars with memberships?
Absolutely! We would love to take care of all of your cars. We even offer a 10% discount on both the second and third cars' monthly cost!
How do I cancel my membership?
If you ever want to cancel your membership, you can do it a few different ways. You can talk to someone on site when you come by for a wash, you can let us know over the phone, fill out our contact form, or respond to our text messaging service.
Can I change my membership level?
Yes you can! Just like cancelling, you can either speak to someone on site, give us a call, fill out our contact form, or text us through our text messaging service to get your membership level changed.
